Can I get a domain email address?
Yes. We can help you set up a professional email address using your domain (e.g., you@yourbusiness.com). This typically costs $6-12/month through Google Workspace or a similar provider.
How fast can we launch?
Target is 48 hours from when we receive your content and photos. If you need it faster, let us know during the discovery call and we'll see what we can do.
What about SEO?
Every site includes foundational SEO: clean code, fast loading, mobile-responsive design, proper meta tags, and optional LocalBusiness schema markup. This gives you a solid starting point. For ongoing SEO strategy, content creation, or link building, we recommend working with an SEO specialist.
Where do form leads go?
Contact form submissions go directly to your email. You'll also receive a notification from Netlify (our hosting platform). All submissions are stored securely and can be exported as a CSV anytime.
Can customers book appointments?
Yes. We integrate Calendly (or your preferred booking tool) so customers can schedule directly from your site. You can embed the calendar inline on a page or have it pop up when they click a button.
What if I need changes?
If you have our $15/month maintenance plan, just email us and we'll handle updates within 48 hours. Otherwise, we'll send you the full source code for free and you can update it yourself or have someone else do it.
Do you handle domain registration?
We can help you register a new domain or connect an existing one. Domain registration typically costs $12-15/year and is billed separately.
Is hosting included?
Yes. All plans include fast, secure hosting via Netlify. No extra fees, no surprises.
